ARAN Cucine’s “Eat, Design, Love!”

The latest trends affect more than just fashion – they affect how people experience their world. Through an insightful discussion led by Interiors editor-in-chief Arianne Nardo, ARAN Cucine’s “Eat, Design, Love!” event explores the trends that revolutionize kitchen design and the culinary world. Featuring designer Jiun Ho and chef Josiah Citrin, the discussion will be followed by a book signing showcasing Citrin’s new book, “In Pursuit of Excellence”.
Highlighting the “Farm to Table” philosophy, the event’s hors d’oeuvres and beverages will all feature seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, which not only have a nutritional benefit from being preservative-free, but also have a smaller carbon footprint, and support local economies.
From line-caught ahi tuna tartare to the farm fresh roasted beet terrine, guests will be treated to a delectable array of hors d’oeuvres, pairings and beverages that will not only tantalize their taste buds and create sustainability awareness, but also showcase the culinary community’s latest trend.

PBS SoCal was “Puttin’ on the Glitz” at its 2014 Gala! Transforming the OC Fair & Event Center from an empty hangar to an extravagant 1920s venue, the Gala was a masterpiece with floor to ceiling LED screens, crystal chandeliers, and luxurious deep red linens. The menu for this annual event included a sushi bar, tray passed hors d’oeuvres with champagne pairings, bourbon tastings and freshly baked cookies.



Art Galleries, Laguna Beach, CA

Laguna Beach is home to Orange County’s best art galleries and as such, AlliedPRA treated its guests to a decadent three-course dinner at six art galleries throughout the city. Each venue’s decor was custom designed to match the gallery’s artwork – from ocean-inspired aquas at Wyland to rich shades of burgundy at Dawson Cole.
With six venues to work with, it was necessary to build kitchens at each venue as well as one main kitchen where the majority of the meals would be prepared. Our talented team of culinary all-stars and event coordinators were on hand to make sure every part of the event was executed smoothly and successfully!
